My Story.
 My Mission.

My ultimate goal is to help as many as possible to reclaim their health and be fit forever! This is achieved in two steps. One—by customizing practical and functional workouts to meet the needs of each client where they are.  And two—by offering empowering education to people looking to experience better health and wholeness.

In his own words: “I never wanted to be a personal trainer. I only wanted to train myself. But for years, people would tell me, ‘you’re so active, so knowledgeable, and we can visibly SEE the benefits of what you do and have been doing.’ And others would say, ‘Man, you’re in your 40’s and don’t look all broken down! Wow! What do you do?’ Or even advise, ‘You like to demonstrate and give examples. You would be good at helping people combat lifestyle diseases.’ But I would say to myself, ‘I already work full time at a hospital and help my family with their health states, now I’ll have to split my time to train others?’ I had to pray about it.
